New KhmerConverter1.5.1

The new version of KhmerConverter1.5.1 which works both on Ms.Windows and Linux, In this release we have added two fonts named Kaohkong and Raksmei Kampuchea both of them are legacy. You can download this version from here. Please look this picture of interface GUI:
